A total of 350 face brick houses were built at this entry-level security estate where individual units with varying floor plans range from 80m2 to 170m2 at prices starting at R720 000 rising to R870 000. All the units come with double garages and enclosed gardens.
The architect specified this popular terracotta tile as the perfect complement to the face brick masonry of this low maintenance, hip-roofed development. The roofs were pitched at 27˚and a total of 462 000 tiles were used to cover a total roofing area of 42 000m2.
